I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive sales using KPI-led process improvement, manage scheduling and payroll accurately, and run daily operations with exceptional customer service and staff coaching.

I’m an accomplished, results-driven manager with 15+ years in retail management, retail sales, administration, and operations management. I’ve led multi-site operations, consistently improving sales outcomes while elevating customer satisfaction through hands-on leadership.

Across roles including Company Director & Project Manager and multiple Store Manager positions, I’ve owned scheduling, payroll, documentation, and systems accuracy. I operate with a KPI mindset—monitoring sales performance, customer satisfaction, and stock accuracy to implement process improvements backed by meticulous data handling.
