I’m a Retail Floor Manager with over seven years’ experience across fashion and specialist retail environments. I was promoted from Stockroom Assistant to Floor Manager within my first year at Mango through consistent performance, leadership, and operational excellence.

At Mango, I lead, motivate, and develop a team of 9, driving performance, engagement, and a positive store culture. I monitor store KPIs and commercial objectives through daily planning, coaching, and execution, while maintaining high standards for customer experience.

I enjoy creating organised, high-performing retail spaces by overseeing stock flow, inventory, and visual standards on the shop floor. I also work closely with the Visual Merchandiser and leadership team to deliver impactful merchandising and ensure smooth store operations.
