I am an experienced retail manager with a decade of leadership experience at Subway and hands-on operations experience at Starbucks. I specialize in staff recruitment, training, and developing teams to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.

Throughout my career I implemented inventory control measures, coordinated supply orders, and managed daily financial and cash reporting to improve efficiency and reduce waste. I also designed and executed promotional strategies that boosted customer engagement and sales during seasonal campaigns.

I have strong capabilities in visual merchandising, health and safety compliance, and store opening/closing procedures, and I maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation. I value continuous improvement and staff development, conducting performance reviews and rewarding high achievers.
