At HCL Technologies, I manage end-to-end project delivery for AT&T, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality. I coordinate globally distributed teams and vendors while maintaining operational continuity.
At AT&T Global Network Services, I led network transformation, LAN, SD-WAN migration, and infrastructure deployment programs for IBM. The SD-WAN program migrated more than 120 IBM sites across the Americas, and I also led network separation and migration projects supporting the IBM-Kyndryl enterprise split.
Earlier at AT&T Global Business Services, I managed major incident, problem, change, and service improvement activities, including root-cause reviews and trend analysis. At DXC, I managed incident processes and SOX controls, chaired Change Advisory Board meetings, and handled Sev1 incident response.
My earlier work includes PMO operations at L&T Infotech and service delivery roles at Wipro Technologies and HCL BPO. I hold PMP and ITIL certifications, an Executive PGDM from We School, and a B.E. in Production Engineering.
