I've supported enterprise AT&T programs through Tech Mahindra for over 11 years, coordinating delivery operations, workforce planning, governance, and stakeholder communication.
On Project Fusion, I supported a 300+ headcount expansion through resource planning, onboarding and offboarding coordination, service orders, job orders, and operational administration. I worked with six AT&T managers and directors through governance reviews and operational planning meetings.
I built dashboards and reporting for 130+ monthly tickets, service delivery metrics, operational risks, and SLA performance, supporting 98% SLA compliance. I also coordinated operational activities for 48+ resources across India, the US, and Kosovo, with peak workforce support of up to 185 resources.
Earlier, I developed telecom proposals and solution documentation, supported network operations and infrastructure deployment, and performed Jira-based quality assurance for telecom applications.
