I'm delivering LAN, WAN, MPLS, internet, data center colocation, managed IPT, and SDWAN projects for AT&T Communications Services India. I coordinate procurement, logistics, vendors, service providers, billing, and customer stakeholders for local and global delivery.

I've supported enterprise customers including Schneider Electric, Deloitte & Touche, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, AMEX, TCS, Siemens, and Pratt & Whitney. My work includes reviewing SOWs, building project plans, managing contracts, and aligning cost-effective solutions with business and operational requirements.

Before AT&T, I led Service Assurance and Relationship Management teams at Tata Teleservices and managed enterprise service assurance at Bharti Airtel. I handled escalations, major incident trends, root-cause analysis, service improvement plans, SLA performance, and customer satisfaction.

Across more than 20 years in telecom, ISP, network, and IT operations, I've also worked in system administration and technical support. I bring hands-on experience in infrastructure, network rollout, system integration, customer lifecycle management, and operational readiness.
