I've partnered with business leaders at Logic-Fruit Technologies and Nomura Research Institute India to drive workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations across business units of 80–120+ employees.

At Logic-Fruit Technologies, I owned the performance management cycle for 100+ employees, built five HR dashboards and workforce analytics reports, and led campus and lateral hiring across 15+ engineering campuses. I also coordinated 20+ campus drives, 25+ onboarding sessions, and structured recruitment planning with hiring managers.

At NRI India, I supported Indian and Japanese teams through HRBP partnership, diversity and inclusion initiatives, end-to-end employee lifecycle management, and eight-plus dashboards, MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and attendance analytics. I also led HR process automation initiatives including Zoho People implementation and Gmail-to-Outlook migration.

I grew from Talent Acquisition Specialist to HR Generalist at Qbit Labs, partnering directly with the CEO as the company scaled from 30 to 100 employees. I led recruitment, campus engagement, HR policy development, process automation, and a cross-functional team spanning HR, IT, Administration, and Finance.
