I'm a Customer Success and Talent Acquisition professional with 8+ years of experience helping organizations build outstanding candidate and customer experiences across global teams. Throughout my career, I've worked with fast-paced organizations supporting recruitment operations, customer success, onboarding, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

At Talent500 by ANSR, I partnered with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across APAC, EMEA, and the US, ensuring seamless hiring processes while maintaining exceptional service quality. I also created recruitment dashboards and operational reports using Power BI and Excel to improve visibility and decision-making.
