What I'm looking for

I seek a strategic HR role where I can lead global TA programs, develop leaders, and drive organizational change in a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

I am an HR professional focused on talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, with experience managing global TA programs and large project portfolios. I deliver strategic solutions that improve processes, engagement, and hiring outcomes.

At Charles River Laboratories I led global TA operations projects, launched a realistic job preview initiative, rolled out hiring manager and candidate surveys, and co-developed a TA Competency Mode. In addition I have attained two DDI certifications and have led the trainings for Behavioral Based Interviewing skills, and Frontline Leadership Development.

My background includes high-volume recruiting, early talent programs to executive level hiring, vendor and resource management, and implementing ATS and process improvements. I bring a collaborative, solution-focused approach to change management and people engagement.
