I’m looking for a customer-focused technical support role where I can troubleshoot telecom/fibre issues, keep customers updated, and solve problems quickly through clear communication and accurate fault handling.

I’m a Customer Care Agent with technical support expertise, focused on providing top-notch service, issue resolution, and keeping customers informed. I troubleshoot router and connectivity issues, explain technical information in simple terms, and ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met.

In my recent roles, I supported Vodafone fibre routers and Telkom services by handling fault logging, updating customer profiles, and tracking service/order progress. I also configured routers (including PPPoE), assisted with creating WiFi and email passwords, and addressed broader telecom issues such as ADSL, FLLA, VoIP, and Outlook email-server settings.

I bring strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to every case—whether it’s unsuspending fibre accounts, managing 3rd party fibre issues, performing fibre migrations, or supporting upgrades and downgrades of line speed packages.
