Currently, I am working as a FTTH Technical Support Agent at IsonXperiences Vodacom. In this role, I handle FTTH customer service and technical service inquiries through inbound calls, ensuring that I provide end-to-end service to customers of all demographics. I exercise appropriate soft skills when dealing with difficult customers and ensure that customers are informed of the progress of their queries. I monitor the progress of every query logged until resolution, ensuring that customers are called and the resolution is confirmed before closing the queries.
Prior to my current role, I gained valuable experience as an intern at Correctional Services. During my time there, I was responsible for various administrative tasks, including the administration of Temporary Incapacity Leaves and Injury on Duty, capturing them on Persal. I also handled leave administration, received and sent fax mail, and handled routine inquiries. Additionally, I was involved in procurement processes, including filling out documents and capturing them on LOGIS. I also assisted with basic correspondence and liaised with internal and external stakeholders.
