What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build people programs and employee experiences that strengthen connection, engagement, and workplace culture while partnering closely with HR, leadership, and employees.

At Spreetail, I design and execute employee events and programs that support a remote workplace, employee engagement, and company culture. I partner with People & Culture, HR business partners, and leadership on perks, rewards, travel, onboarding touchpoints, survey action plans, and engagement reporting.

Previously, I led life enrichment programs at Immanuel Senior Living and Dial Senior Living, creating personalized events, volunteer programs, and feedback systems that improved resident participation and satisfaction. I also guided families through senior living selection and transitions while developing educational workshops and marketing materials.
