At Reimagine Talent Co., I lead operations for leadership development, workforce readiness, and career education programs, managing 6–8 concurrent programs and 12–15+ client engagements annually. I build the timelines, workflows, communications, facilitator preparation, and evaluation processes that carry programs from kickoff through closeout.

I've created repeatable onboarding, technology, and delivery systems for learning experiences reaching 1,000+ participants, while preparing and supporting facilitators as program needs change. I use dashboards, participant materials, and evaluation workflows to strengthen consistency and turn feedback into future program recommendations.

At VCREATIVE, I redesigned client onboarding and operational workflows, including a move from Airtable to ClickUp. My process improvements and automations reduced administrative time by 20% while creating clearer accountability across client service, finance, vendor coordination, and remote-team operations.
