I'm currently resolving complex UKG Pro product issues as a Rapid Response Tier 3 Product Support Specialist, investigating payroll, HR, benefits, tax, security, and configuration concerns for high-value clients.

Previously at Square, I supported advanced Risk, Fraud, and Business Banking escalations, identified identity fraud, account takeover, money laundering, business fraud, and card fraud, and filed SAR and STR reports. I bring more than eight years of experience across fintech, banking, SaaS support, fraud investigations, AML compliance, technical troubleshooting, and customer escalations. I use Salesforce, SQL, Jira, Looker, UKG Pro, and data-driven analysis to identify root causes, manage risk, and improve operational processes.
