What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create long-term value in an environment that prioritizes integrity and work performance, where I can apply fraud investigation, risk analysis, and data-driven reporting.

I've spent five years investigating fraud and using data-driven reporting to protect transaction integrity. Most recently at BetMGM, I reviewed high-value sports betting activity, wagering behavior, and transactions to support risk scoring, account restrictions, and escalations.

I investigated identity-verification issues, multiple users on one account, VPN fraud, bonus misuse, and potential AML-related activity. I also partnered with payments, compliance, and operations teams to maintain gaming regulations and internal controls.

Previously at Tripadvisor and in banking support for USAA, I verified transactions, conducted identity-based risk analysis, handled fraud disputes, and applied authentication protocols for high-risk accounts. I'm focused on creating long-term value in environments that prioritize integrity and work performance.
