At TIC – Tourist Information Centre, Sežana, I delivered personalized travel guidance and recommendations to 50+ international visitors daily. I coordinated itineraries, activity bookings, and transport arrangements, and researched destinations to help visitors plan their trips.
I also worked as a Front Office Associate at Hotel Tabor, where I managed guest check-ins and check-outs, provided local recommendations, and coordinated transportation bookings. At Tuš and KIK Textil Non-Food, I supported customers on the sales floor, processed payments, and worked toward individual sales targets.
I use CRM systems and booking platforms alongside Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Trello, and Asana. I speak fluent English, native Slovenian, and intermediate Serbo-Croatian, and I have EU work rights with no sponsorship required.
