What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer support role where I can use my KYC/identity verification experience and AI chat tools to resolve high-volume issues clearly and empathetically, with strong SOP support and room to grow—especially into crypto/blockchain-related work.

I’m a customer-focused support professional with 2.5 years of experience in call centre work, KYC, and high-volume customer support. I handle inbound calls, live chat, and ticket queues while resolving complaints with empathy and clarity, especially when explaining technical processes to non-technical users.

In my current role, I perform KYC checks and identity verification to ensure compliance with internal procedures. I use internal CRM and automation tools daily, and I actively provide feedback on SOPs and workflow improvements to help the team deliver consistent service.

Alongside customer support, I’ve worked as an administrative specialist across various projects—coordinating medical and administrative teams, managing schedules and client communication, and supporting health & safety protocols on film sets. Earlier hospitality roles also strengthened my ability to handle fast-paced service, billing issues, and cash/card payments, and I’m comfortable with weekends, evenings, and night shifts.
