What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in customer support, German-speaking customer service, administration, order processing or data entry.

At Hofer Trgovina d.o.o., I advise customers and answer enquiries in a fast-paced environment. I also support daily store operations with accuracy and organisation.

Through my self-employed hospitality business, Tjaša Matuš s.p., I organised daily operations, customer service and events. I maintained purchasing, stock and working-hour records, prepared business documentation, and handled monthly business and payroll-related calculations.
