Designed and shipped a live AI/LLM-powered sales intelligence platform scoring opportunities against MEDDPICC, covering 1,195 reps and 8,000+ opportunities. Architected the Ping System for pipeline governance and built analytics platforms for leadership reporting.

Led onboarding, bootcamp, and product-enablement rollout for ~20 reps at the Romanian GOC. Managed and mentored a 3-person enablement team and standardized tooling including Clari, Groove, Consensus, and LMS.

Engineered an end-to-end Salesforce ↔ Intercom data pipeline and led automation projects within the digital team. Integrated AI and live-chat capabilities into support workflows and trained the team on REST APIs, RPA, and Power BI.
