What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven Account Manager with hands-on experience in client relationship management, team coordination, and process optimization. I built 5 production-ready AI automation products independently, showing strong ownership, fast learning, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
In my current role as a Customer Support Operative (Aug 2023–Present), I manage and resolve complex client issues across operational and technical domains while maintaining high satisfaction rates. I use Salesforce daily to track, update, and close tickets across multiple client accounts, and I collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated cases.
Previously, as an Assistant Manager at Inditex (Zara) (Apr 2022–Aug 2023), I coordinated daily team operations in a fast-paced retail environment. I contributed to quarterly business reviews, reported on store performance, managed stock and device inventory accuracy, and resolved customer escalations during peak hours.
Beyond support and operations, I focus on automation & AI products that drive real outcomes.
