What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build LLM pipelines and AI automation for B2B products—partnering with business stakeholders to turn real needs into reliable, measurable systems, ideally in Scrum teams where I can ship end-to-end.

I build LLM pipelines and AI automation systems at a B2B SaaS company, backed by 18+ years inside real business problems across finance, e-commerce, and operations. Early on, I learned consultative sales—understand what the client actually needs before touching the product—and I still scope and ship AI grounded in business context, not engineering theater.

At Keplercommerce, I design and deliver systems independently in a Scrum environment. My Keyword Classification System for Amazon Advertising automated a multi-stage pipeline—cutting keyword processing from 1–2 days to under 1 hour—and improved accuracy to 86–100% per category (previously ~50%). I also built a Daily Ops Agent that compiles Jira, Slack, emails, and calendar into a prioritized briefing in seconds, saving ~3 hrs/day.

Before that, I bridged business and engineering as a Datacrunch Specialist / Business Analyst, translating operational pain points into automation specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation. I conducted UAT to surface edge cases with clear reproduction steps, and earlier in my career I automated accounting and reporting processes—building inventory tracking, settlements automation, and faster procurement workflows.
