I’m looking for a senior role in software service delivery, implementation or client delivery that combines client relationships with practical technical work.

I’m a service delivery and implementation manager with 15+ years in IT and software, progressing from data analysis and web development through technical support to enterprise implementation and client delivery.

At Copyright Clearance Center, I led enterprise implementations for pharma and research-intensive clients, combining client relationships with hands-on technical delivery. I ran a 12-month AI-powered scientific literature pilot that became a global launch for 20,000 users, and moved about 700,000 documents from the previous vendor in 40 days.

I’ve also restructured complex accounts, delivered API integrations for clients’ AI systems, and managed content and workflow redesigns. I stay involved from discovery through go-live and follow-up, using configuration, C# scripts, data migration and training to help clients put changes into practice.
