I've built and scaled distributor networks for ADInstruments, Rymed Medical, Dexice, and Raysius across Saudi Arabia, GCC, MENA, Asia, and Australia. At ADInstruments, I grew distributor/reseller networks by 230%, customer accounts by 380%, and sales by 245% while establishing the MENA regional office in Saudi Arabia.

I combine commercial strategy with hands-on scientific instrumentation, clinical training, regulatory awareness, and healthcare partnerships. I've launched distributor training programs, negotiated commercial terms and joint business plans, supported clinical trials for Erbe products, and now lead AI strategy, HMIS commercial planning, and PDPL/SDAIA data-governance initiatives at Raysius.
