Program-managed end-to-end delivery (Dev/Test/Release) for PF Chang's eCommerce platform. Led a testing team of 60, drove TDD/BDD adoption, and built CI/CD pipelines with TeamCity/TFS.

Delivered QA for the NBA account. Drove test automation, business development, and test consultancy across KPMG member firms globally.

Built automation strategy and frameworks across Walmart's global e-commerce tracks (US, UK, Canada). Product Manager for Spark, Walmart's home-grown automation tool, and served as Scrum Master for the automation track.
