I’m looking to lead quality engineering and test automation—building high-performing QA teams, owning test strategy and CI/CD automation, partnering with product and engineering, and driving release-ready delivery with strong stakeholder governance.

I’m a results-driven Engineering Manager with 10+ years leading quality engineering teams across Banking, Insurance, E-commerce, and Telecom. I build and scale QA organizations, define test strategy from ground up, and drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and client stakeholders.

In my recent role, I owned the end-to-end QA function for Luxoft’s RAM Tool legacy modernization platform, covering black-box, white-box, exploratory, regression, and API automation. I established CI/CD-integrated test pipelines using Pytest, Selenium, and Allure reporting, and helped coordinate release governance with test reports, environment setup, and test data strategy.

At Accenture, I built a multi-stream QA team of 8+ engineers and authored the Master Test Strategy across functional, automation, and performance testing for Airtel’s B2B digitalization program. I owned client-facing governance through weekly status reports, risk/mitigation dashboards, and stakeholder touchpoints—while delivering in-sprint automation using RestAssured and Selenium WebDriver.

Across client work with Desjardin Bank, Elcorte Inglés, and NAB, I led offshore and onshore quality delivery, refactoring automation frameworks for maintainability and execution performance. I’m recognized for mentoring QA teams, enforcing code quality through reviews and version management, and embedding a “quality culture” into Agile delivery cycles.
