Owned QA accountability across development/CAB/release teams, integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable, on-time MVP delivery and zero-defect production leakage.

Led a 15-member team to the #1 CSAT ranking among 4 delivery streams. Enforced PII/GDPR governance and maintained a zero-breach record for a U.S.-based HCM platform.

Acted as the point BA for a new Payments system implementation, delivering 100% requirements traceability from elicitation through sign-off. Produced and maintained structured requirements documentation to support delivery and governance.

Contributed to 30+ RFP/RFI responses within the Performance Testing CoE by developing tailored solutions and performance testing roadmaps. Supported proposal development with structured capability and delivery planning for prospective clients.

Provided L1/L2 incident resolution for a pharmacy management system while maintaining >95% SLA compliance. Troubleshot application and operational issues to restore service and support stable day-to-day operations.

Earned a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation from Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), Bhubaneswar, completing the program in 2011.
