I'm looking to lead enterprise quality engineering transformation, AI-enabled QA adoption, release governance, and high-performing teams across complex regulated platforms.

At State Street, I direct a 60+ member QA organization delivering enterprise financial platforms across Corporate Finance, Billing, Regulatory Reporting, and DOST. I lead enterprise AI adoption through Generative AI, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted testing.

I sponsored ReleaseGuardian AI, reducing Jira/Xray audit reporting and RTM generation from about five hours to under three minutes. I also established AI governance forums, standardized Jira/Xray STLC processes, and am scaling a centralized Testing Centre of Excellence.

Across SvaasWellness, eHealthTechnologies, Quest Diagnostics, RealPage, Oakton, and Altisource, I've led healthcare, PropTech, logistics, and government QA programs.
