What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead high-impact technical hiring, partner closely with business leaders, use data to improve recruitment outcomes, and build scalable talent strategies and candidate experiences in a growing technology environment.

At Arbisoft, I own end-to-end hiring for engineering, product, and executive roles, partnering with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, build pipelines, and improve hiring decisions through recruitment metrics. I also mentor a junior recruiter and maintain a structured, respectful candidate experience throughout the process.

Previously, at Chakor, I helped scale the company from 10 to 60 employees and built Business Development, UI/UX Design, Operations, and Engineering departments from the ground up. Across Chakor and Strategic Systems International, I’ve led full-cycle hiring, graduate programs, HR operations, employee engagement, HRIS collaboration, and resource allocation for technical teams.
