What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Manager or Senior Manager role in talent acquisition or people operations.

At Folio3 Software, I lead talent acquisition across the US, UK, UAE and Pakistan, hiring for engineering, DevOps, QA, ERP, AI/ML and product roles. I’ve filled 250+ positions with a 95% offer acceptance rate.

I lead a team of recruiters, set weekly targets and coach on sourcing, screening and closing. I work with department heads and senior leadership to agree hiring plans, priorities and timelines.

I reworked our ATS workflow and sourcing approach, cutting time-to-hire by 35%. I also built Power BI dashboards for recruitment KPIs, and offer acceptance increased 10% after we began tracking it.

Alongside hiring, I manage performance reviews and work with L&D on psychometric assessments. I also started campus hiring with IBA, FAST, NED and Habib University, with 30+ early-career hires so far.
