I’m looking to build on my patient access, customer service, and Revenue Cycle experience while growing into leadership. I want a culture focused on continuous improvement, clear communication, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

I’m a customer-oriented, results-driven professional with a strong background in healthcare, sales, and service environments. I help patients navigate the system with clear communication, efficient appointment coordination, and a focus on exceptional care experiences.

In my current role as a Special Patient Access Representative, I assist patients across hospital departments and support operational excellence through scheduling and documentation. I maintain accurate patient records using EPIC systems while ensuring full compliance with HIPAA regulations, and I partner with clinical and administrative teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and improve patient access workflows.

Previously, as a Sales Representative for an AT&T contractor, I managed customer accounts and delivered mobile sales, device setup, and technical support. I processed orders and activations while resolving service-related issues professionally, consistently driving high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

I also brought compassionate, hands-on support as a Caregiver, assisting with daily living activities and medication reminders while maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating effectively with healthcare professionals. With certifications in Project Management and Revenue Cycle operations, I’m committed to continuous improvement and growing into stronger leadership capabilities.
