What I'm looking for
I’m a strategic and collaborative Organizational Effectiveness Partner with over 10 years of experience driving performance, culture, and change initiatives within Hackensack Meridian Health. I design and deliver customized OE solutions that align human capital with strategic goals, partnering closely with C-suite and senior leadership.
I’m recognized as a culture leader and trusted advisor, combining strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. For 6+ years, I’ve served as a Network Culture Champion, leading culture strategy for corporate/network team members to drive engagement across the enterprise.
In addition to consulting, I build and lead high-impact learning and development experiences. I’ve served as Editor & Chair of the HR Insider Newsletter (built and sustained the highest-read internal publication at HMH since 2019) and designed multi-session leadership development journeys spanning psychological safety, accountability, feedback, and difficult conversations.
Across my roles, I’ve consistently used performance data to evaluate and improve outcomes, analyzing qualitative and quantitative pre/post-session survey results to identify performance gaps and recommend next interventions. I also bring hands-on training and implementation experience—from delivering EPIC Physician Orders training to supporting executive and project administration earlier in my career.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Provide strategic coaching and solutions to network-wide clients, including C-suite and senior leadership, with support for change management and talent initiatives. Design and facilitate leadership development programs and analyze program effectiveness using pre/post-session data.
Serve as a core project lead and content producer for the OE team, overseeing multimedia learning resources and developmental programs. Support instructional design and multimedia production, manage program logistics, and track performance analytics for OE initiatives.
Provide administrative and project management support to VPs of Talent Development & Benefits and the SVP of Strategic Talent Management. Administer the Physician Leadership Academy, co-lead the HR Culture Committee, and initiated a SHRM certification program for the HR team.
Facilitate classroom-style training and at-the-elbow support for physicians to ensure proficiency and adoption of the EPIC orders module ahead of critical go-live dates. Coach physicians during implementation by troubleshooting issues and reinforcing best practices.
Provide administrative support to the VP, CNE, and senior nurse managers, including driving departmental initiatives. Manage event planning and project management for Nurse Excellence Celebrations, create/distribute the Daily Briefing, and serve as scribe for high-level committees.
