I am looking for a Business/Technical Operations Manager or Product Ops role in a high-growth environment. My focus is on scaling operational infrastructure, building AI/agentic automation workflows, and streamlining technical execution. I've scaled PLAION's primary digital ecosystem from zero to 33,000 active members through organic growth, while automating triage workflows with webhooks and regex systems to eliminate manual overhead.

At PLAION, I partnered with Data Engineers to investigate D1/D7/D30 retention gaps, translated user feedback into Jira-ready reproduction cases, built and trained a 30+ person global moderation program, and supported global broadcasts reaching 16,000+ concurrent viewers. In freelance consulting for The CoLab, Toplitz Productions, and Stolen Rock Studios, I've built GTM frameworks, evaluated product pitches, strengthened platform security, developed custom bot scripts, and advised on launch and vertical-slice strategy.
