• Business Operations & RevOps: Scaled Orion Agriculture as sole founder, running end-to-end P&L, cash flow modeling, vendor negotiations, and hiring. Built automated RevOps infrastructure (HubSpot, Make, custom webhooks) that eliminated manual lead leakage, automated contract workflows, and unified operational reporting.

• AI & Product Systems (0 to 1): Designed, architected, and shipped Ori, an AI operational assistant combining DeepSeek (analytical logic) and Claude Sonnet (context retrieval and execution), converting non-technical users into daily active subscribers.

• Ecosystems & Deal Structuring: Negotiated strategic commercial integrations across 200+ enterprise accounts, including designing the API bridge and alignment model between competing ERP and industrial automation systems.
