What I'm looking for

I’m looking for fully remote work with an async culture, where I can automate manual work, apply AI where it helps, and document processes so they keep running.

At DocWealth, I keep daily operations running across client onboarding, billing, and offboarding. I built and maintain most of the company’s automations and data checks, and brought Claude into daily operations to sort client messages and diagnose errors.

I led a new client inbox rollout so every message gets an owner and a due date. I also wrote 20+ SOPs, trained the team, and help keep new systems in use instead of old workarounds.

At Mitsubishi International Food Ingredients, I automated invoice batches, cutting each run from 45 minutes to 5, and added a check that reduced posting corrections by 40+ a month. I also handled IT administration and created the CFO’s monthly cost allocation report and a staffing model used for headcount planning.
