What I'm looking for

I'm looking for something in business ops, sales ops, or enablement. Ideally a role where I can have a finger in many pies and have some freedom to figure things out. I like building things from the ground up, fixing processes that aren't working, and having a good mix of projects to tackle. Not afraid of ambiguity or a little chaos.

Over nine years of experience in sales, management, and operations. I've built and managed our company-wide knowledge base, training platform, sales scripts, and automated workflows. I also designed an AI call-scoring system that evaluates thousands of calls daily.

I've built processes and internal tools across multiple departments, often starting from scratch. My background is a mix of sales enablement, systems administration, quality assurance, and operations.
