I’m an AI Automation Specialist with a background in business operations, CRM, account management, training, and high-volume environments.
I recently completed TripleTen’s AI Automation program, where I developed hands-on experience with AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, APIs, webhooks, structured data, and process optimization.
For my capstone, I built an end-to-end Volvo AI customer inquiry and lead-routing automation that uses LLM-based classification, structured information extraction, confidence scoring, routing, notifications, validation, and human escalation.
In my current role at United Wholesale Mortgage, I manage 56+ broker accounts and work extensively with Salesforce and CRM workflows. This experience has given me a strong understanding of business processes and how technology can improve operational efficiency.
I’m now pursuing remote opportunities in AI automation, AI operations, AI implementation, workflow automation, business process automation, and business systems. I’m especially interested in roles where I can combine emerging AI technology with practical business problem-solving.
