I’m a senior relationship manager with 8+ years in fintech and edtech, primarily within the education loan space. I’m used to high volumes and fast-paced environments where I keep cross-team and cross-border servicing moving—without customers slipping through the cracks.
At MPower Financing, I act as the central SPOC between the organization and loan sub-servicers, owning end-to-end communication, issue resolution, and escalation management. I create and update SOPs to standardize workflows, develop organization-wide email and call templates to improve communication consistency, and lead 5+ training programs to accelerate onboarding and team capability. I also analyze client financial profiles, balance client needs with business risk and compliance, and partner with product, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery.
Earlier at Eduvanz, I scaled a monthly disbursement portfolio from ₹50,000 to over ₹3 crore by converting institutional partners into high-volume lending accounts. I led end-to-end business development, mentored a team of 4–5 loan processing executives, and worked with product and tech to co-develop a client-facing loan application dashboard that increased application volumes.
