I’m an analytical HR and business systems professional with extensive experience in HRIS administration, workforce reporting, compliance tracking, and project-based process improvement. I translate business needs into technical requirements, optimize systems, and deliver actionable recommendations that improve organizational efficiency.
In my current role as an Employee Relations Representative, I advise managers and employees on performance management, misconduct, investigations, discrimination complaints, and policy interpretation—ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. I maintain and audit employee records for a multi-state workforce, supporting accuracy and integrity for items like I-9, training/licensure requirements, health/safety compliance, and pay laws.
Previously, as an HR Generalist, I supported full-cycle HR operations across HRIS, ATS, and LMS management, including onboarding/offboarding and employee data maintenance. I strengthened HRIS data accuracy through system audits and reconciliation, optimized intranet structure and content for usability and accessibility, and resolved reporting and compliance discrepancies through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
