I’m a strategic, people-focused HR leader passionate about building inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures where people can do their best work. I leverage HR technology and communication strategies to drive results and support organizational growth.
In my current role as a Human Resources Generalist, I help with post-acquisition HR integration by supporting system transitions, process alignment, and employee communications. I ensure data integrity across HR systems by managing employee updates, promotions, and organizational changes in SAP SuccessFactors and Salesforce, while handling employee relations inquiries with confidentiality.
I also use Power BI to turn HR data into executive-ready dashboards that deliver insights on workforce trends. Additionally, I’ve supported HRIS transitions and system implementation efforts by coordinating cross-functional meetings and documenting requirements.
Earlier, as an HR Operations & Culture Lead, I streamlined core HR systems and improved employee communication through mass messaging and internal call management. I led engagement and recognition programs, administered employee surveys for workforce well-being/DEI/retention insights, and developed scalable HR SOPs—while mentoring and training new team members to strengthen onboarding effectiveness.
