I want to apply my years of experience to achieve significant client and company results, embrace new learning opportunities, and champion excellent service for mutual growth.

At Globe Telecom, I developed and implemented governance programs for telecom facility rollout builds with Business, Sales, and Technical groups. As Regional Demand Management Head, I led a team of four Regional Demand Managers.

I also conducted field visits and focus group discussions to recommend customer-centric service programs for B2B and consumer clients. My work included feasibility assessments and strategic recommendations for regional VIP and masterplan builds.

Earlier, I managed telecom project development and call center operations, and handled customer service and recruitment work. I’m looking to apply my experience toward meaningful client and company results, keep learning, and champion excellent service.
