At Concentrix Daksh Services Philippines Corporation, I lead workforce planning and capacity management across multiple business programs. I manage and coach five Short Range Planners, and develop forecasting models and workforce strategies to support staffing requirements.
I previously developed staffing models and workforce recommendations at Alta Resources, where I also analyzed forecast accuracy and created schedules aligned with staffing and service-level objectives. At The Results Companies Inc., I monitored outbound operations in real time and made tactical staffing adjustments.
Earlier in my career, I worked in workforce analysis, scheduling, and customer support at 24-7 Intouch, Stellar Philippines, Inc., Stellar Global Solutions, and Convergys Philippines Services Corp. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Operations Management, from Lyceum of the Philippines University – Manila.
