At TriHealth, I manage 20 direct reports across the Badging Office, Communication Center, Workplace Violence Investigator role, and Protective Services Officer team. I also oversee training for the Protective Services team, including as Lead Taser Instructor.
I partner with other departments to develop best practices and help improve communication between staff, patients, and officers. I support more than 150 offsite locations and contribute to a safer environment for healthcare workers and patients.
As a Protective Services Lead at TriHealth, I trained officers and dispatchers and served as a grant writer for the department. Earlier, as a Protective Services Officer/Dispatcher, I responded to incidents, assessed security concerns, and monitored entrances and exits.
Coaching at Talawanda High School and Sycamore High School added to my experience developing teams and students. I also served in the U.S. Army Reserve as an 88M Motor Transport Operator, leading daily operations that included convoy command and dispatching.
