I’m a strategic Client Success leader specializing in “high-value partnerships” in the media sector. I cultivate impactful client relationships that drive results, with a proven record managing over 500 clients at a Metro Chicago media company.

I direct over $40M accounts for Fortune 500 clients, optimizing commercial inventory while strengthening satisfaction and loyalty. I partner closely with clients and internal sales teams to ensure campaign execution is accurate, effective, and responsive to changing needs.

My day-to-day impact is grounded in data-driven analysis and disciplined operations: I reconcile inventory discrepancies monthly, develop contingency plans for allocation shifts, and coordinate with finance teams to address billing issues and revenue reconciliation. I also lead team development by creating targeted training materials and delivering hands-on guidance to improve performance.
