I’m a Client/Customer Success leader who turns data into actionable outcomes that align with organizational goals. I’m motivated by collaborative partnerships and I take ownership of renewals, upgrades, troubleshooting, procurement support, and general inquiries.

At The New York Times, I manage a diverse client book across corporate, government, and public library entities. I deliver usage statistics, run periodic client meetings, and provide monthly reporting for partnerships while supporting SSO implementation to ensure smooth and effective user access and integration.

Previously, at Technology Recovery Group, Ltd., I served as a liaison across Sales, Procurement, Finance, Shipping/Receiving, Deployment, Project Management, and Depot—resolving escalations with TRG, OEMs, and customers. I also conducted data analysis to ensure accurate customer-specific reports and collaborated with sales teams to support data collection and analysis for QBRs.

Earlier, I led operational improvements as an Outsource and Receiving Manager by auditing a backlog of 2,000+ unaccounted-for repairs and locating or closing out over 70%. I built and grew a KIF/Payment Devices outsource department supporting 7 customers, streamlined repair check-in to shipment with cross-departmental teams, and mentored others to strengthen their cross-functional skills.
