I’m an experienced training and learning professional, facilitator, and systems thinker with 10+ years of experience in adult learning, workforce development, curriculum development, and program implementation.
My strength is understanding how the pieces of a program, workplace, or learning environment fit together - people, processes, expectations, content, and outcomesc - and turning that understanding into practical action. I work well independently, exercise strong judgment, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly when conditions change.
At Lynnae Brown LLC, I provide project-based training, facilitation, consultation, curriculum development, and program-development support for workforce, peer-support, and leadership initiatives, including work for Harvard Medical School, PeerTAC, and REclaiming Employment.
Previously, at Community Access’s Howie the Harp Advocacy Center, I led training and workforce programming for adults preparing for careers as peer support professionals. I redesigned a 26-week program into a focused 20-week, 400+ hour curriculum and developed assessments, recruitment, and participant-selection processes. The program maintained a 4.5/5.0 participant satisfaction rating for five consecutive years, exceeded annual employment-placement goals by 25% across multiple cohorts, and produced a workforce-training model later replicated in multiple locations in the Netherlands.
