I am a people-first learning and culture strategist with 15 years' experience designing inclusive systems, talent programs, and wellbeing initiatives across arts, education, and tech sectors. I combine creative leadership with data-informed process design to build psychologically safe, high-performing teams.

As founder and Chief Learning Architect of Resonance Tunes, I built a digital learning ecosystem aligning personal wellbeing with organizational equity outcomes and led a cross-disciplinary team of designers, engineers, and researchers. I developed AI-assisted assessment models to personalize trauma-informed learning paths and delivered pilots that improved psychological-safety metrics.

Through my consultancy, Equity Alchemy, I designed DEI and leadership curricula adopted by community arts organizations, nonprofits, and educational collectives across the U.S. and EU, and facilitated over 100 training sessions integrating embodiment, bias interruption, and inclusive communication frameworks.

I am a published author and curriculum designer specializing in trauma-informed, liberatory, and regenerative learning models, with ongoing work in AI ethics and liberatory consciousness frameworks. I bring facilitation, coaching, and organizational design expertise to roles that center equity, wellbeing, and measurable culture change.
