What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design and facilitate impactful adult learning programs, strengthen facilitator practice, and build practical systems that improve onboarding, learning operations, and participant support.

I've delivered wellness, professional development, and facilitator training through Eight LLC, Rogers Behavioral Health, Hawthorn Leadership School for Girls, and Thinking Beyond Borders. I design learner-centered virtual and in-person programs grounded in discussion, guided practice, structured reflection, and plain-language instruction.

I've trained more than 30 facilitators nationally, delivered edTech professional development for 80 educators and administrators, and managed learning operations, knowledge bases, onboarding workflows, technical support, and international program logistics. I bring experience in curriculum development, trauma-informed care, accessibility, budgeting, and adult learning across corporate, nonprofit, education, and behavioral health settings.
