At USCIS’s California Service Center, I adjudicate Form I-765 and I-539 immigration benefit applications, research immigration law, and assess fraud and national-security concerns. I independently complete hundreds of identity and security checks using USCIS systems while producing legally sufficient decisions, RFEs, NOIDs, and NOIRs.

I helped reduce processing time by 40% and received a SCOPS cash award for resiliency, flexibility, and commitment to the USCIS mission. I also use Tableau metrics and operational dashboards to maintain above-average completion performance and identify processing trends.

Previously, I managed HR programs, staffing, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, budgets, and customer support for Department of Defense and U.S. Air Force organizations. I managed a $2.7M budget, resolved more than 30 sensitive HR cases, and supported personnel populations ranging from 2,000 to 8,500.
