I’m a contract Immigration Consultant with deep hands-on experience supporting non-immigrant and immigrant petitions. I draft, prepare, and review legal forms, petitions, support letters, and application packages for attorney review, while staying current on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
I provide consultations on consular processing, NTA’s, waivers, and visa petitions, and I respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs). I also track case progress, deadlines, priority dates, and expirations using case management systems, and liaise with USCIS, NVC, consulates, and other stakeholders.
