I've led humanitarian program operations at the International Organization for Migration, overseeing implementation, staff supervision, program changes, budgets, vendors, reporting, and donor compliance. As Deputy Supervisor, I recruited and hired 38 employees and coordinated with U.S. government agencies, partners, and service providers on humanitarian cases and immigration processes.

My work centers on dignified, safe support for vulnerable beneficiaries, including women, children, and unaccompanied minors. I've delivered PSEA and safeguarding training, supported fraud-risk mitigation and internal controls, and bring practical experience in payroll, expense reconciliation, operational records, and stakeholder coordination.
